No, it's all pre assembled you just need to fit the cables

Air side only, no need to touch the rebound leg.

Yea the top out spring is in the bottom half of the sanction but the metal rod is in the lower leg. You only need to take the air side apart not the rebound side.

Nope didn't touch the spring as it was in the wrong side of the leg to which you lower. I found the forks nice and soft, it's the air the makes them stiff or not.

Nah it's pretty easy providing you have the right tools! Just make sure you let the air out first!

Yea they were really nice to ride, prob better! Mine were 08's was one of the first to lower them, even windwave said it couldn't be done!

The bars I used were DMR Open Wingbars - they had a taper so the outside of the bar was narrow but got thicker closed to the middle. |

Never got round to using them as I got some NS District Bars shortly after!!

Yea it worked fine, just use a bar with a thicker tube.

Have you seen any pics of the frame before when it was pink? It's n 1 of my othe folders. I use Plasticoat spray paint from B&Q.

Yep, the stars are stickers tho, there was 100 individual stars on the bike in total!
